The C3-Library for International Development is the largest education and research library in Austria dedicated to International Development, Global Education and Women and Gender Issues. It is open to the public and provides an open space for learning, training and information. The library is run by ÖFSE, Baobab and Women’s Solidarity.

The C3 is a meeting place for developmental organizations and educational institutions from all over Austria that are active in the field of international development. You can therefore rent our venues for small to medium-sized events at a reasonable price.

During opening hours, you can use the library’s premises and collections, most of which are presented in an open-air display, free of charge on site. Reading and working places as well as the collections are located on two library levels (ground floor and basement).
C3 library offers you a diverse collection of e-books, e-journals and other e-resources. You can also stream films or use selected learning resources. Our remote access tool and the possibility of applying for a library card online make our digital library easy to use.
